If a refund request is submitted after work has begun but before completion, Aaliana Marketing LLC may review the request and determine whether a partial refund is appropriate.

Any approved partial refund will be based upon factors including:

  • Deliverables already provided.

5. Advertising Budgets and Third-Party Fees

Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms are separate from our professional service fees.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Microsoft Advertising
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • YouTube Ads

Advertising spend paid directly to these platforms is non-refundable.

Likewise, domain registrations, web hosting, software subscriptions, premium plugins, stock images, fonts, licensing fees, and other third-party purchases made on behalf of the Client are non-refundable once purchased.

6. Client Delays and Inactive Projects

Clients are responsible for providing timely approvals, content, credentials, and communication necessary to complete their projects.

Projects with no written communication for forty-five (45) consecutive days may be considered inactive and placed on hold.

Inactive or abandoned projects are not eligible for refunds.

Reactivation fees may apply where additional work is required to resume the project.

7. Marketing Results

Digital marketing involves numerous variables outside our control.

Accordingly, Aaliana Marketing LLC does not guarantee:

  • Search engine rankings.
  • Lead generation.
  • Website traffic.
  • Sales.
  • Revenue.
  • Return on investment (ROI).
  • Advertising performance.
  • Social media growth.
  • Email campaign performance.
  • SMS campaign performance.
  • Business profitability.

Refunds will not be issued solely because anticipated marketing or business results were not achieved.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage Clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Where a payment dispute is initiated, Aaliana Marketing LLC reserves the right to provide payment processors, financial institutions, and dispute resolution providers with all relevant documentation, including but not limited to:

  • Contracts
  • Proposals
  • Invoices
  • Email correspondence
  • SMS communications
  • Recorded approvals
  • Project files
  • Revision history
  • Meeting notes
  • Screenshots
  • Delivery confirmations

9. Approved Refunds

If a refund request is approved, refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Refund processing times vary depending upon the payment processor and financial institution.
